I can’t say enough wonderful things about Britney! She spent precious time caring for several loads of laundry for me recently and it was a great experience! I was a little hesitant to trust someone else with my clothes at first, but Britney was so careful and delicate with all of my items. I provided soap, hangers, and minimal instruction and she just went to work! Two things I really appreciated: (1) She explained her process for keeping things sanitary (how she cleans the washer/dryer, etc.) which was very important to me. (2) She reached out when she had questions about delicate items to ensure she was properly caring for them. Everything was returned folded/hung and neatly organized and the pick up/delivery process was very smooth. She also worked around my busy schedule which was super helpful. This service was such a blessing to me! I’m a working mom with a toddler and this allowed me some space to spend more intentional time with her this weekend. Highly recommend giving her a try!
